Buddy Meets Lady

Remember Composer Brother's dog, Lady?  Well, she came for a vizzie on Sunday. I took Bingo & Reggie to Other Mommy Rita's for the afternoon, and kept Buddy with me. He was a bit confused as to why he wasn't going to Rita's!  But then . . .

Lady didn't really interact with Buddy in the beginning. She did a lot of sniffing around. 

She went along the entire perimeter of the fence.

*sniff*

Buddy looks on:

Lady makes the cutest little snorty noises when she sniffs.

Their first hullo on the back porch:

A bit of a non-event.

More sniffing:

As I was taking photos, Tabby Bobcat took the opportunity to usurp my chair:

Groom Fest.

I maneuvered him over to the ottoman, keeping him on top of the pillow. Because I value my hands.

This was a toy from Other Mommy Rita for my birthday. All new toys are taken outside where they are chewed up, buried, dug up and left in the elements. And THEN they find their way back inside!
